Our office has been jointly established by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republic in 2006 in order to provide technical assistance for the implementation of three Sino-Italian development cooperation programmes financed through Soft Loan in the fields of Environment, Health and Cultural Heritage. An international and local staff ensures the dissemination of the Programmes contents and procedures, the coordination among Chinese local and central authorities and the Italian Development Cooperation Headquarters in Rome, as well as the selection of the most promising project proposalsˇ
