To promote developments in the health, environment and cultural heritage sectors, Italian government committed itself to provide a 138 million Euro soft loan to Chinese government. For this purpose, three MOUs concerning Health, Cultural Heritage and Environment were signed respectively between Italian and Chinese government, so as to clarify the amount, interest, repayment period and eligibility criteria of soft loan.……
