- Xining Seminar
From September 5 - 7, 2006, the Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance (MOF), together with the Development Cooperation Office of Italian Embassy in China (UTL), organized the Working Conference for Italian Government Loans in Xining, Qinghai Province. The main purpose of the Seminar was to spread information on the Health and Cultural Heritage Programmes financed through Soft loan and to introduce the procurement procedures to the local governments and the potential beneficiaries. The meeting was sponsored by the Finance Department of MOF and the Italian Embassy in China, and co-sponsored by Finance Department of Qinghai Province.
